Elements Massage in Oceanside, CA seeks a Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, upsell the Elements Wellness Program, and enroll clients with a friendly, concierge approach.

You will greet guests, answer questions, process memberships, and maintain a welcoming studio atmosphere while collaborating with therapists and staff to place clients at the center of the experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow a proven sales process to enroll members in the Elements Wellness Program.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for clients as the first and last face of the studio.
• Inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program benefits and membership options.
• Follow the sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Serve as front desk presence over phone and in person.
• Ensure paperwork and payments are accurate and efficient.
• Collaborate with managers and massage therapists to keep clients the focus of the studio.
