Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland is seeking a Restore Expert to welcome clients, guide them through studio tours, and deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with wellness goals.

You will manage onboarding, schedule inquiries, and proactively promote events while maintaining a clean, safe, and hospitable studio. A strong background in customer service and sales supports daily operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service and sales
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.

• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Restore Expert

Location: Kirkland/Issaquah

Job Type: Full time/ Part time

Compensation: $21-$25 hourly

Schedule: Weekdays and a minimum of 4 weekend days per month

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales
