Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking energetic Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales across our Studio locations. You’ll work flexible hours in a hybrid environment, connecting with communities and supporting member journeys.

As a part-time role in the United States, you’ll deliver an exceptional workshop experience, build relationships, and coach behavior change while traveling to workshop sites within your territory.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation skills.
• Strong listening skills to support member needs.
• Experience facilitating group sessions or workshops would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops and coaching sessions to members.
• Engage members and recruit new participants to programs.
• Build brand awareness and represent WW at community events within the territory.
• Provide behavior-change coaching and support member journeys.
