Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States seeks Field Team Coaches and Guides to connect with members and create inclusive, in-person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire members to eat healthier, move more, sleep better and shift their mindset while fostering a sense of community and belonging.

In this role you will deliver engaging workshops, recruit new members, build brand awareness, and provide behavior-change coaching across social platforms and events, while traveling to workshop

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and/or content creation ability.
• Strong passion for wellness and engagement with WW.
• Excellent active listening to support members.
• Experience facilitating groups is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience using the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community, represent WW at events and partnerships.
• Recruit new members and drive retention through engagement and support.
• Provide behavior-change coaching, respond to posts with purpose, encourage reflection and action.
