Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking field team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new members, and drive product sales while working flexible hours. You will travel to workshop locations within the territory and deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum to support members on their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Excellent at active listening for member assistance.
• Experience facilitating groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek brand partnerships to attract new members.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing needed tools or products.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported.
