Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team members to deliver engaging workshop experiences, guiding the weekly behavior-change curriculum and building community connections both online and in-person. You’ll recruit and retain members by offering support, tools and a welcoming environment across studio locations.

Successful candidates will deliver behavior-change coaching, ensuring members feel seen and supported, while representing WW at internal and external community events and

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and/or content creation experience.
• Passionate about wellness and ideally a WW member or eager to become one.
• Excellent at active listening and able to support members.
• Experience facilitating group sessions preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by guiding the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build strong community connections online and at events to attract new members and raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching by engaging with members, prompting reflection, problem-solving and action planning.
