Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team members to engage members in workshops, drive retention, recruit new members, and promote WW programs while offering flexible hours. You will deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum, build in-person community connections, and represent WW at events across the territory.

You’ll focus on helping members stay motivated by providing support, tools, and products, traveling to workshop locations as needed in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships and represent WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing support, tools, or products they need to be successful.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported and welcoming new members.
