Job summary

WeightWatchers Field Team is seeking part-time workshop facilitators to deliver engaging, behavior-change sessions that help members adopt healthier habits. You will recruit new members, retain existing ones, and represent WW at community events with a focus on authentic connection and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation abilities to engage members and audiences.
• Passion for wellness and either current WW member or interest to join.
• Excellent active listening to understand member needs and provide assistance.
• Experience facilitating group sessions or workshops is preferred.
• Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing the tools or products needed for success.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported—respond to posts with purpose and help members reflect, learn, problem-solve and create action plans.
