Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to connect with members and deliver workshop experiences at WW Studio locations across the United States. The role offers flexible hours in a hybrid work model.

You will recruit and retain members, build brand partnerships, and coach behavior change using WW programs. Travel to workshop locations within the territory is required, with a supportive, inclusive culture and a competitive pay, plus benefits and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media or content creation is required.
• Strong active listening and group facilitation skills.
• Passion for wellness and ideally current WW member or interest to join.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging workshop experiences using WW's behavior change curriculum.
• Engage with the community, build partnerships, and raise brand awareness at events.
• Recruit and retain members by relationship-building and providing support and tools.
• Provide behavior change coaching and respond to member posts with purpose.
