Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time coaches and guides to deliver engaging workshops, recruit new members, and drive behavior-change programs across WW communities. The role emphasizes flexible hours, social outreach, and brand-aligned partnerships to grow participation.

You will support members through the weekly curriculum, build relationships in local communities, and promote WW programs while traveling to multiple workshop locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creation experience.
• Passion for wellness and interest in WW membership.
• Excellent active listening and group facilitation skills.
• Willing to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at internal and external community events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building with members and providing them the support, tools or products they need to be successful.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported - respond to members' posts with purpose, encouraging members to reflect, learn, problem-solve and create action plans, welcoming new members.
