Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, deliver weekly behavior-change workshops, and build a warm, inclusive community at WW Studio locations. You will recruit new members, retain existing ones, and promote WW products and programs while maintaining a flexible, hybrid work schedule.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, social media presence, and supporting members through personalized guidance and accountability, with a focus on healthy habit

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation skills.
• Strong listening skills to support members.
• Experience facilitating group sessions preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community, both in-person and on social platforms, to boost brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by supporting members and offering tools or products.
• Provide behavior change coaching, responding to posts with guidance and helping members set action plans.
