Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team Coach/Guide to deliver engaging workshop experiences and support member journeys across WW studio locations. You’ll recruit new members, partner with the community, and foster on-brand connections to build a supportive wellness network.

The role is part-time with a hybrid work model, offering a base salary plus benefits and an annual bonus program. You’ll travel within the territory to engage members and deliver WW programming.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Excellent at active listening to assist members.
• Experienced at facilitating a group (preferred).
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships and events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing the tools or products needed for success.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported and welcoming new members.
