Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and on-brand partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and support tools.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported.
