Job summary

Weight Watchers is seeking a Field Team member to engage members through workshops, drive recruitment and retention, and deliver behavior-change coaching across territory locations. The role offers flexible, hybrid hours and a practical entry into wellness programs within a nationally supported framework.

You will connect with members, foster brand partnerships, and support individuals on their wellness journeys while traveling to workshop sites as needed, with a focus on a part-time schedule

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation ability.
• Passionate about wellness and either a WW member or willing to become one.
• Excellent active listening to assist members effectively.
• Experience facilitating group sessions preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek on-brand partnerships to attract members and raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing tools or products to help members succeed.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by making members feel seen and supported, guiding reflection, learning and action planning.
