Weight Watchers is seeking field coaches/guides to engage members through workshops and community events. You will lead behavior-change sessions, help members adopt healthier habits, and build relationships to grow the WW community.

The role supports flexible, part-time hours across studio locations with a focus on member engagement and education. Prior wellness interest and active listening are valued, and travel to workshop sites within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and/or content creator skills.
• Passion for wellness and willingness to be or become a WW member.
• Excellent active listening to assist members.
• Experience facilitating group settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community on social platforms and seek brand partnerships and events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools and products.
• Provide behavior change coaching, making members feel seen and supported, and help create action plans.
