Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team member to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales while working flexible hours.

You will deliver workshops, build community connections, and provide behavior change coaching to support members on their wellness journey. Candidates should be social media savvy, enjoy wellness, and be comfortable traveling to workshops within the territory.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation ability.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating groups or workshops preferred.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Flexible, part-time schedule is desired.
• Interest in wellness and WeightWatchers programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience to members using the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events and on social platforms.
• Recruit new members and support retention through relationship-building and guidance.
• Provide behavior change coaching by engaging with members and guiding action plans.
