Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum and support members on their wellness journey.

You will build community connections, recruit and retain members, and provide coaching to help members reflect, learn, and take action. This role offers flexible, part-time hours and travel to WW Studio locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and a passion for wellness.
• Excellent active listening skills with members.
• Experience facilitating group settings preferred.
• Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building.
• Provide behavior change coaching to support members' progress.
