Job summary

Weight Watchers is seeking field coaches/guides to create in-person communities at Studio locations. You will engage members, drive retention, recruit new members, and deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum with a flexible, part-time schedule.

You will travel to workshop locations, build brand partnerships, and deliver coaching that helps members adopt healthier habits in a supportive environment. WW offers a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and active listening to assist members.
• Ability to facilitate group sessions effectively.
• Willingness to travel to WW Studio locations within the territory.

Responsibilities
