Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales with flexible hours in a hybrid work environment.

You will deliver workshop experiences, build connections in the community, and provide behavior-change coaching to support members’ wellness journeys. Must be social media savvy, a good listener, and comfortable traveling to workshop locations.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator required.
• Excellent at active listening and able to provide member assistance.
• Experience facilitating a group is preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools or products needed for success.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported.
