Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Wellness for the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club to lead strategic wellness initiatives, oversee spa, fitness, and recreation, and elevate guest experiences while driving profitability. Reporting to the Complex/Area General Manager, the role focuses on innovative wellness concepts and high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in wellness leadership at luxury properties, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Wellness Management, Business Administration, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in wellness, spa, fitness, recreation, or resort operations, including at least 3 years in a Director-level or senior management role.
Experience overseeing luxury, resort, lifestyle, or destination wellness operations with multiple revenue-generating outlets.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, revenue generation, and profitability targets.
Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
