Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex/Area Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership for Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco. You will align workforce strategies with company values, drive engagement, and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance across multiple properties.

The role requires a seasoned HR leader with 7–10 years of progressive experience, strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• 3–5 years as a Director of Human Resources or comparable senior HR leadership role
• Hospitality, resort, hotel, or multi-property experience preferred
• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)
• Leadership development programs, training initiatives, and succession planning experience
• Experience advising executive leaders on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning
• Strong conflict resolution, investigations, policy administration, and risk mitigation skills
• Seasonal or resort staffing experience is a plus
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of HR functions across multiple properties
• Drive workforce strategies aligned with Noble House values and business objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Develop leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives
• Partner with resort leadership to enhance culture, engagement, and retention
