Job summary

AKA Hotels + Hotel Residences seeks a Corporate Director of Wellness to lead strategic development and execution of the brand’s wellness pillar across its luxury portfolio. The role partners with Operations, Marketing, and external experts to design immersive programming, activations, and experiences that elevate guest and resident journeys while strengthening community engagement and brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Wellness, Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related wellness field preferably in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or brand experience environments.
• Strong understanding of the luxury consumer and the ability to sell aspirational lifestyle experiences.
• Interest in wellness and the ability to authentically integrate wellness programming into the offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, development, and execution of AKA's wellness platform across all properties.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness initiatives that drive engagement and enhance guest experience.
• Establish partnerships with wellness brands, practitioners, and influencers and manage alliances.
• Curate a year‑round calendar of wellness programming and experiences across categories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property leadership to integrate wellness into the guest journey.
