Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy team in a retail wellness environment. You will support the General Manager, develop staff, coach for exceptional customer service, and help drive store performance through sales, KPIs, and community outreach.

You will train and mentor a team of wellness professionals, align with Restore’s values, and contribute to building a vibrant store culture focused on health and education.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness, athletic achievement, and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-driven with ability to translate metrics into action.
• Supportive leadership and team player mindset.
• Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment delivering exceptional customer service in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead and motivate staff, coach for performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical employees.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safe, clean store environment.
• Drive sales performance, manage KPIs, and support store marketing and outreach.
• Plan monthly team meetings and lead events to engage the community.
