Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager with strong leadership skills and a knack for business development and sales. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a background in the health and wellness or retail landscape, we want to meet you.

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the General Manager in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Management experience (1–3 years).
• Interest in fitness, athletic achievement, and health/wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a high-performing team and exceptional customer service.
• Lead and influence staff, provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical staff.
• Collaborate with GM to implement procedures and performance expectations.
• Drive sales goals and monitor KPI performance and revenue.
• Support store marketing, events, and community outreach.
