Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; strong business development and sales background.
• Proven track record in management with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in health, wellness, or retail a plus.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue, membership, and service goals.
• Lead staff with coaching, development, and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and training for compliance.
• Drive sales through memberships, packages, and retail.
• Monitor operations to ensure a safe, engaging guest experience.
