Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive membership growth, and optimize sales performance. You will oversee staff, training, and scheduling, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced wellness retail environment.

The right candidate brings strong leadership, a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, and a passion for fitness and wellness, with the ability to manage metrics and profitability.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher required.
• Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness, achievement, and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver action plans based on key metrics.
• Experience with payroll and employee scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to achieve membership, revenue and departmental goals.
• Oversee training, coaching, performance reviews and scheduling.
• Drive sales through memberships, packages and retail while meeting targets.
• Represent Restore and sustain a positive, wellness-focused store culture.
