Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager with strong sales and business development skills to lead store operations at our Hilton Head Island location. You’ll help the General Manager with staff issues, educate customers on health benefits, and deliver a superior service experience.

You’ll also drive sales and marketing initiatives, build relationships with local athletes and fitness enthusiasts, and track performance metrics while fostering Restore’s culture and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong sales, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in health and wellness is a plus.
• Ability to analyze metrics and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with staff-related issues.
• Assist customers with wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health.
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads.
• Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services.
• Pinpoint and implement new social media trends.
• Generate reports related to store performance.
