Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. You will partner with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, grow memberships, and create an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proven sales success in membership, B2C, or B2B.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with numbers and turning metrics into action plans.
• Goal-driven with ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Team-player with supportive leadership style.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team: build a culture of exceptional customer service and high performance; coach and onboard non-medical staff; rollout new procedures and expectations; assist with performance management when needed.
• Run day-to-day operations: oversee openings/closings, keep studio safe and clean, model hospitality and sales skills, handle guest concerns, improve efficiency with GM and regional manager.
• Drive sales and grow memberships: hit personal and team sales targets, manage member accounts, track KPIs, plan monthly team meetings.
• Build community and marketing outreach: promote monthly in-studio events, support local marketing, foster corporate partnerships.
• Champion our culture: live Restore values, create an inclusive, engaging environment.
