As an Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in cultivating Restore culture, develop a team, train and coach wellness professionals, and help people do more of what they love through our

Qualifications

Has an undergraduate degree or higher.
Loves the sales process with a proven track record in B2B sales.
1–3 years of management experience.
Passionate about fitness and wellness.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Numbers-driven with ability to plan using metrics.
Leads with a supportive, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a high-performing store team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead, coach, and develop staff to maximize productivity.
Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical employees.
Drive sales goals and manage performance metrics (KPI, revenue, payroll).
Coordinate store operations, events, and community outreach.
Represent Restore values and ensure store branding aligns with company standards.
Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager to improve store effectiveness.
