Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a driven membership sales professional in Chattanooga, TN to grow our client base and drive revenue through membership and gift card sales. The role emphasizes live outreach, digital marketing, and promoting massage and skin therapy benefits.

You will educate prospects confidently, maintain strong phone etiquette, and build positive relationships with members and guests. Full-time, with first-rate training and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in membership sales.
• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with broadcast email and SMS platforms.
• Proficient with all Social Media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
• Approach Clients Outside the Retreat with live sales calls, Social Media, Website Optimization, and direct digital marketing.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
• Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests.
