Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive membership growth through personalized consultations and tailored programs. You will present membership options, articulate the benefits of massage and wellness therapies, and support front desk operations to ensure a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales within wellness settings, a knack for listening and inspiring trust, and comfort with basic software.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
Previous experience in membership sales is required.
Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest's wellness goals.
Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
Support daily retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
