Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to help guests embrace their wellness goals through personalized membership paths. This role focuses on relationship-building, empathy, and expert communication to drive membership sales.

The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth, with compensation featuring base pay plus commission and bonuses. Join a sanctuary dedicated to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
Previous experience in membership sales is required.
Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
Support daily Retreat operations including check‑in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
