Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to clients on Spa services
• Provide a high-level service to clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendliness
• Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival
• Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation
• Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships
• Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed
• Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance
