Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our retail presence and help customers find the right Sleep Number solutions for better sleep. You will discover each customer's sleep needs, explain product benefits, and deliver personalized experiences in a welcoming showroom environment.

You’ll build relationships through proactive outreach, participate in ongoing training, and thrive in a role with base pay, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer's sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships and generate new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
