Job summary

The Arc San Francisco is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Wellness Department’s programs and staff. You will report to the Associate Director and ensure high-quality service delivery while managing caseloads and coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a related field such as social work, health coaching, or case management.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake and assessment of Wellness participants and families to identify needed supports.
• Oversee Wellness participants and families; track needs and outcomes; maintain participant database.
• Provide coaching and feedback; manage staff performance and development.
