Redmint, LLC is seeking a Service & Operations Manager to ensure every treatment meets high standards across the wellness center, coordinating scheduling and guiding practitioners with training and support in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will lead service excellence, develop protocols, coach staff, and streamline operations to reduce friction while maintaining guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a wellness center, spa, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-quality holistic healing service.
• Experience managing practitioners or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Quick learner, highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of service quality standards, protocol development, and training.
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with an elevated guest experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with operations and scheduling platforms; Mindbody experience strongly preferred.
• San Francisco Bay Area familiarity strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work one weekend day and selected holidays.

Responsabilités

• Own and uphold service excellence standards across all departments and ensure high-quality treatments.
• Develop, document, and enforce treatment protocols, service standards, and SOPs.
• Conduct regular service observations and audits for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve service offerings based on feedback and brand direction.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate practitioners with scheduling setup and workflow orientation.
• Provide leadership and accountability for service departments and practitioners.
• Coach and develop practitioners to support success and consistency.
• Manage staffing levels and operational readiness with HR and other managers.
• Address performance issues and workflow challenges professionally.
• Design and implement training programs for protocols, service excellence, and guest experience.
• Support practitioners by troubleshooting questions and ensuring operational clarity.
• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and service pride.
• Ensure spaces, equipment, and facilities support optimal service delivery.
• Assist in scheduling design and reducing administrative burden.
