Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules patient care for wellness programs and coordinates with departments.
• Answers telephone inquiries about physician referrals and covers front desk duties.
• Works with patient financial services to obtain authorizations and manages retro-authorization.
• Develops monthly Wellness newsletter, updates website, and creates promotional flyers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Education

High School Education/GED or equivalent

Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience

Two years' healthcare experience
