Palm Beach Tan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Matthews, NC. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep the salon running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Run a great salon side by side with Store Manager and coach Wellness Consultants and Support team.
• Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales and manage labor and costs; support promotions and growth.
