Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is hiring a Manager in Training. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit store goals, and operate a successful salon.

This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-driven atmosphere. You’ll gain experience in leadership, promotions planning, and customer service while earning a competitive hourly wage with potential commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Learn to run a great salon with the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow up on training.
• Manage labor and cost of sales and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly and meet health standards.
• Plan local promotions that grow store sales.
• Handle the salon’s cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
