Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training for our Mount Pleasant salon. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit store goals, and run a successful salon.

Join a welcoming, team-oriented environment with hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a compensation plan that includes base pay plus commission. You’ll develop leadership and customer service skills while supporting daily salon operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with Store Manager to learn how to run a great salon.
• Learn to lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Learn to recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Learn to set goals, track performance, and follow up on training.
• Learn to manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
