Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Manager in Training to join the leader in tanning and wellness. You’ll work with the Store Manager to learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a thriving salon. Our welcoming, team‑oriented atmosphere makes it a great place to build a career.

The role offers hands-on training in store operations within a welcoming, team‑oriented environment, with room to grow into Store Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a great salon with guidance from the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and controllable expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
