Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC, is seeking a Manager in Training. You’ll work side by side with the Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon. Our welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere makes it a great place to build a career.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a great salon alongside the Store Manager.
• Lead Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns.
