Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the Store Manager role from within the organization. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and operate a successful salon.

The program offers hands-on training, leadership development, and opportunities for advancement. Typical pay starts with base hourly wages plus commissions, with potential for higher earnings for top performers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, and ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills; reliable transportation.
• Able to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Learn to run a great salon side by side with the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop strong staff.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Plan and execute local promotions to grow store sales.
• Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
