Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training to join its growing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

In this role you’ll gain hands-on training for the Store Manager position, with opportunities for advancement. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and potential bonuses, with flexible scheduling in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a great salon side by side with the Store Manager.
• Coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Plan local promotions to grow store sales.
