Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Manager in Training to join the leader in tanning and wellness. You’ll work side by side with the Store Manager, learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon in a welcoming, team‑oriented atmosphere.

This program offers hands‑on training, leadership development, and a clear path to Store Manager, with flexible scheduling, competitive pay (base + commission), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, operations, or management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Learn to run a great salon alongside the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow up on training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve concerns.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and health-department compliant.
• Plan and execute local promotions to grow sales.
• Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
