Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a Manager in Training. You’ll work with the Store Manager to learn how to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon. Our friendly, team-driven atmosphere supports a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with your Store Manager to learn how to run a great salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow up on training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients returning and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Plan local promotions to grow store sales.
• Handle the salon’s cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
