Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient salon staff.
• Train and coach sales staff to achieve goals.
• Schedule and assign staff and monitor results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stocking, and organization.
• Build customer loyalty and resolve concerns.
• Analyze daily sales and profits to maximize revenue.
