Palm Beach Tan invites energetic individuals to join our team in Huntersville, NC. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will help lead daily operations, train and coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and orient salon staff.
• Train and motivate sales staff; coach and correct employees.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and stocking; ensure customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; support profitability.
• Handle banking and cash controls.
