Palm Beach Tan is seeking an energetic individual to assist the salon manager at our Winston-Salem, NC location. This role focuses on sales goals, staff training, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to stand for 7+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to achieve goals.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Monitor expenses to meet financial objectives and maintain salon operations.
• Ensure salon cleanliness, stock, organization, and readiness for customers.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
