Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with staffing by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Help achieve sales goals through training, motivation, mentoring, and feedback to staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results to meet targets.
• Monitor controllable expenses to support financial objectives.
• Keep the salon compliant with legal requirements and maintain its reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
